The worest customer services i have ever had in my life. Before we moved we called liberty to set appointments to do a transter. The installers never showed up or called us and we just wasted 8 days as they keep rescheduling us promising us they will be thier for sure by the end the day even when we set the appointments up for 8 to 12 and after the frist we call they will tell us the installer put in a note they be thier at 6 pm and at 7 pm came around we call again and they will tell us they changed the time to 6:45 pm. And to call the back around 7:45 qnd promised me they be thier. And by the time i call back they will just tell me someone will call me latwr or the next day to reschedule witch qould never happen. I would have call back the next day and they would have a note like allways we ask to reschedule for such and such day , as we work from home and working hotspot speed we wouldnt push it off. So i would have spend anorther day on hold hoping i can get someone out that day or an appointment. On the 9th that we was promissed we would be the frist people and end up the installer did finally show up basiclly little past 6. He basiclly left as soon he showed up stating the line up to our house needing fix and left without any info. We spent anrother hour allmost on hold for the customer service to finnaly to tell us we cant tell you when or anything. I will have move again just be able to work, when i did confirm with them that services are working that area before the move. They told yes thier 4 people close by my house that have active service. In short here in puerto rico you can not get the service or customer sericves you pay for. I used to life in the middle if no where in Mts. In the states and i was paying 44.99 for 450 mbs down and 40 up .
