This service stinks, period!

Update by user Jun 05, 2018 One more thing. When we had a problem, they switched us to the headquarters. At headquarters, they said it wasn't their problem and they switched us back to the woman who called us in the first place, who, incidentally, said it wasn't her problem. No one takes ownership! Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2018 We set the alarm and forgot to disarm when we returned. The alarm system rang 10 times and finally a voice came on saying, "I'm sorry your party does not answer". Finally, after another 10 minutes, our home phone rang and it was "Safeguard America" stating that she just got the message to call and see if everything was OK. An intruder could have a field day with that kind of service. I am not a happy camper and if I had known what I know now, I would NEVER use this service. Each time, they promise it won't happen again only for it to happen again. If I knew how to disconnect this service without penalty, you can bet I would do so. I'd use Simply Safe.
