Since moving here I have heard nothing but constant noise.Between my neighbors blasting techno music, the constant sounds of police sirens, wedding being held in the plaza on weekends, street festivals, construction noise, and building maintenance, you will never get a wink of sleep. If you contact the building management, all you will receive is a pompous response about something you signed allowing them to not enforce the sound laws or they tell you it is the cities problem! The buildings are not kept up and for the price you pay you could rent an entire house up the street!Moving here was the worst mistake I have ever made!
