They had no problem charging my credit card as soon as I ordered the items, but months later (after paying interest on the credit card) there is still no furniture. They promise a refund and say that all I have to do is email "David" at customer service (oxymoron). The email gets bounced back and the refund never comes. Ended up calling the credit card company and disputing the charges. You have been warned. Caveat emptor!
