Update by user Apr 29, 2019 After posting on this site, I got a quick email from the company. They asked for me to send photos of the pans. They then let me know that the lifetime warranty was NOT meant to cover the non-stick nature of the pans. Huh? But they agreed to replace mine. Just sent...
