We had heating problem with Gen 3 I spoke with rep who advised purchasing heating elements, which we did. This did not fix the problem. I requested procedure to return, they would not. This cost me $75. plus freight. Hey you really want to put this organization of you buy list!!! Not on your life.

》 Edenpure heaters are very good heaters but if you leave them on for a time and then unplug them from the wall that doesn’t give any time to cool down the heating tubes go bad
