I ordered the sample dermalift age defying cream and added the eye cream for a total of $9.95. The product arrived with no paper work whatsoever in the box. Nice sizes for so called "samples". Today I received my Visa bill and was stunned to see that I have been charged about $180.00 for what I assumed was additional product. I immediately called the number for Dermalift in Georgia. The person I talked to said that I had agreed to the "terms" when I ordered the samples. Terms being that I would be sent product every 30 days for $180.00. I disputed this and said I was calling Visa to cancel the charges. He then began to negotiate--saying he could knock 30% off. When I would not budge he came down to 50%. I hung up, called my Visa company. They are deleting the charges and blocking this company from charging anything else to me. Thank goodness, I did not use a debit card. Beware this is a scam!!!!!
