This is the worst experience ever buying a truck …..

I went in there on Saturday Aug 18, 2019 because I saw their website and it had Trucks in my cash purchase range so I clicked that I wanted more information and they told me that they had a lot of trucks I would be interested in looking at but the one on the website was not available because it had a wiring issue and they didn't know how long it would take to fix. They were totally pushy about insisting I fill out a credit application before they would even show me anything. I told them not to run it until I found a truck I would consider buying, but they ran it anyway and it dinged everything on Credit Karma. They don't put the price on any of their vehicles and hide the price of the vehicles from customers. They don't Listen to the customer's needs, instead they try pushing something on them they don't want or need. So I am looking around at the trucks and one of the other sales people asks me if he can help but before we can talk any further one of the managers ( Tony Lewis ) comes out and starts yelling at the guy in front of me, that I already have a sales rep working with me and to stay away from me and go do something for another customer. So I go into the store and one of the other managers ( William Goodwin ) and I start talking and I tell him that I have a written list of things I am looking for in a truck and that the rep had the piece of paper. So he starts telling me that it won't do me any good to even look until the credit check comes back. I am trying to explain to him that if the price is right I might do a cash purchase and he scoffs and says "you can't afford anything without credit" so I tell him "I make $100/hr as a contractor I can too afford to pay cash. Then he starts yelling at me and telling me to shut up so I snap back at him "I am the customer you don't tell me to shut up, you don't tell me what I can buy or not buy, I tell you what I want and you tell me if you even have it" and then Devin Parker steps up in my face like he's about to take a swing at me and yelling at me to get the *** out of the store, So I turn and face him and say "and just what do you think you will do if I don't" so then the entire sales staff joins in like they want to fight with me. So then as I am leaving Tony Lewis tries to come out of the store like he is going to continue threatening me but the GM forces him back into the store and locks the door. Review your video Thomas Weiss and you will see that your employee started the problem and another one got in my face and threatened me. Your entire staff is a bunch of losers and if you condone this kind of behavior you are too. Thomas Weiss owes me an apology.
