I'm a realtor dealing with this company on behalf of my client. It has been absolutely horrible. I know I've made at least 20 calls and have not talked to anyone without an accent. Every time they tell you anything to get you off the phone. Supervisors tell you they will escalate the issue and it's just excuse after excuse. This company is the absolute worst. Avoid at all cost. User's recommendation: Don't do it. Avoid this company!!!!!
