This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Driving a bmw you would expect the service to live up to the brand but unfortunately not with this dealership. to cut a long story short I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get my issues sorted out which should be standard replacements of parts, no feedback received from service advisor and just passing the buck on the issue. On the last occasion bmw picked up the car themselves as I was not willing to waste my time, after receiving my car back I noticed my brand new SA soccer jersey I received as a gift was missing, spoke to the service manager Brian Ferrian last week Tuesday about the bad service i received and now my shirt being stolen and up till today no response back from him. Talk about pathetic service, I will never take my car back there again.
