I know is I won't be participating in this program again. Don't waste your time, you will end up so frustrated after you find out you have wasted hours of work (backing up, cleaning up, reformatting, etc) and days without a computer/device only to received a much lower offer for your device. Perhaps if you never used your device and left it in the box, you might get the original quote, and that's a maybe. Otherwise, you are better off selling or trading in your device elsewhere.
