This is not my product wanted to replace

I had placed an order of 3 wedding dress but I had not recieved a single one from them instead of them I received the damaged product whose cost not more than 100 rupees now I wanted to return the amount or solve problem by sending the right product to me User's recommendation: Do not belive in the company who have not any return policy.
