I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered this product almost a month ago and I have been unable to access the shipping information; they did not provide me with a tracking number, even after several emails were exchanged. I hope to receive the order in time to complete the project I need it for, but I'm not holding my breath. Shipped in '7-10' business days is definitely not accurate. I am ready to ask for a full refund but I don't even know if I will ever receive my order.
