I ordered tickets to Dolly Parton in Arkansas with FedEx delivery 2 days. When I ordered the tickets I received a confirmation and saw the amount was pending in my Paypal account. 4 days later I called, received an answer and he said he never received an order and he would check. He reported he had only 2 orders and they were with regular costumers and he was surprised with my phone call. I called back shortly after and he said he never received my order and now the tickets were gone. I distinctly remember him saying he only had two orders so how could the tickets be gone? He was sorry and hoped I could get tickets elsewhere. Surprisingly enough Stubhub has the same tickets row 11 for over $50 more and you can only buy 3. Will never order from frontrowusa.com. At this point I am just hoping to get the tickets as now I am not sure Stubhub will come through with them.
