This company is totally an SCAM, please investigate this company. It's been no more than 10 months they installed me a shower which I still paying as it was very expensive, and now I had to remove and install a new shower with real tiles. This company charged me almost 7K for their fake, low quality acrylic shower, after the installation shower hot water was running almost cold and when I called the company and report it they told me I need to call DELTA company to make sure they fix the faucet valve, that they have nothing to do with the shower faucets, WHATTT? they were the one that installed it and bough it for their "most appreciated customers" why should I call that company if I did not do any business with DELTA FAUCET COMPANY? another thing is that this shower is super expensive for the quality because in the first month started to get stain easily despite I cleaned with the products they recommend,also the drain was rust with only 1 month of use. For the price I paid I expected for them to buy the best quality faucet and other elements for my shower. I paid so high price ONLY because their seller claimed the shower was of a superior quality and that is a BIG lie. they scam people and the seller is a very good seller, he can sell an ice cream to an Alaskan person if he wants to, but with poor ethic, selling things that he knows no worth a penny and their products are not what they claim they are, also the caulk fell on the second month and I asked the technician to come and apply more caulk and he came but applied caulk only on visible areas but later on I realized that he did not applied on the areas we cannot easily see and were also peeling off too. In general, this company is a mess and their products are very expensive for the very very low quality, services offered are very poor and you can lose the warranty for almost anything, and low qualified personnel they use are not of a much help either. Now, I still paying the bathroom that was already uninstalled after ONLY 10 months of purchase and which they offered LIFETIME WARRANTY ON. WHAT A BIG DEAL I did! my family and I, are very furious and disappointed for this. I want to report also that the seller applied me for a credit card on my behave without informing me, suddenly I got set up with a debt and a credit checked. I ended paying 1500$ in cash and $4,746.00 in a credit card which I still paying until Dec/2020.
