We were on a Princess Cruise which the cruise line is the best for us, they always treated us like Royalty our 39 princess cruise. I purchased the insurance the Ins. My husband a veteran developed severe confusion due to dementia and just wanted to go home. Princess helped us and called Aon and the refused to pay. It was a 10day back to back we did the 10day and had to leave could not do the second 10 day
