The sum this up quickly, it has been almost 6 months since our wedding day, and we still have no pictures. I am extremely saddened and frustrated by this whole process. Kevin, the photographer, has made up excuses for several months as to why we have not received our photos. The last one we heard, after being promised hand delivery, was that they are lost in the mail!! Who would mail precious memories first class, without even a delivery confirmation? This individual has been very unprofessional, and rude to us, to say the least. All we have ever asked for is what we were quoted and promised. At this point, I don't even know if I will see our pictures and I am very sad :( He refuses to answer emails or phone calls from us at this point and when we have reached him, he hangs up.
