This has to be a scam?

1

Power out in my family room and adjoining wall of master bedroom. Placed service request on May 25th, 2020. On May 28th, 2020 a technician shows up. Inspects and concluded the culprit lies between the power box and one outlet. Once that connection is fixed everything should work. It is now day 10 (June 4th, 2020) and still no approval from First American Home Warranty. I am without TV, Stereo, lights, etc. I have a tripping hazard with multiple extension cords strung all over the place. After a long-winded automated voice system I finally get place in an alleged 10-minute que. After about 15 minutes I'm disconnected. These guys suck! User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!!
