Surge is a scammer,thief,everyone has complained about him.i want to see him go to jail.he is abusive,talk to you like you are ignorent,he lies,lies,and thinks he has the right to treat you as a no one.hr is a thief has hurt many has hurt me so very much.im traumatized so much.he doesn't want to give my money back.i want to see him in jail for criminal crimes!
