I have lived in Avalon Tyson's for 1 year and moved out Dec 2019. There is little minor stain on the carpet near the door, which is normal wear and tear since that's where you take off your shoes. Instead of trying to clean it, the Avalon apt replaced the whole apt carpet and charged me $500. First, they cannot approve that the old carpet cannot be completely cleaned. At least show me some proof from the cleaning company. But they won't be able to. Second, they bought a replacement carpet without asking me and charging me for that? If they say they cannot clean it from their vendor, they should let me know. I will find someone to clean it. Third, how can you approve that the carpet Avalon bought is truly installed in the apt that I used to live? They said they couldn't provide proof. They can only show me the invoice. I am not paying out of my pocket for a carpet for the sake of Avalon to do their business. It is Avalon's job and business operation process to purchase assets like a carpet. Plus I don't have the financial ability to pay for a $500 carpet replacement.
