Update by user Nov 20, 2020 it hasn't Original review posted by user Nov 18, 2020 I ordered a pair of arthritis gloves which were fine and 3 pair of panties size 9 which would fit the broad side of the barn. I sent them back with the return label and slip on the inside of the box with no response. I sent them two emails with the same response: due to Covid they were unable to respond to email. I called them and talked to The Country Store in where?? The PHILLIPINES!!! What the *** I figures the Country Store would be in the good old United States, I got an extremely snippy nasty Phillipino young woman who told me I could talk to the warehouse and they would go through all the pallets to find my panties. I knew that was a crock and said no I wanted her to call the warehouse and see if they had received them. She said no she wouldn't do THAT! I asked her to transfer me to another agent as I was not satisfied with her service and she put me into lalaland a circular phone tree that went no where I had to call back. I got another rep this time in the United States that was equally useless. She said there was nothing she could do either that the panties had to go through a process and it would take 6-8 weeks for the return to be processed. At this point I just want my money back I asked for a supervisor. She said I had to hold. I got transferred to "Chris" while I was listening to a voice mail I found this website. Don't order anything from this website they are jerks, a fraud and a waste of your hard earned $. RIP OFF R User's recommendation: RUN TO ANY OTHER COMPANY.
