A customer was waiting for over 4 hours to get help in getting her keys out of the car, the representative called said they would be there in 15 minutes after already waiting for 3 hrs, 1 hr later I called again and the person who answered was very very rude, told me to get someone else and hung up on me!!! User's recommendation: Don’t use this company.
