This company sold fraudulent insurance, told us we were getting a full refund, and then took the money and ran.
Southwest booked the trip and charged $1000 deposit. Final payment of $1500 was also charged to credit card with trip insurance.Trip had to be canceled due to a death. We were told no problem, you have trip insurance and will be fully refunded in 21 days. 21 days later no refund. No we are being told trip is non refundable. Southwest vacations took the money and ran.
