Original review posted by user Apr 15, 2019 This place is all "smoke and mirrors"! I spent a lot of money and would have spent more, if I had not been so disappointed in their "Customer Service". My Cool Sculpting treatments produced a highly undesirable effect and left me with a peculiar shaped abdomen, much uglier than just a plump stomach area. They said they didn't know what caused it and had never seen such a thing before. Nonetheless, I had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Branch before they finally agreed to give me a discount on future treatments to try and correct the problem. They refused to do anything on a complimentary basis. I did not want to return to this place again so I sought help elsewhere. The first place I tried (Bellair Laser Clinic) immediately quoted me the same price as Skin Vitality's "discounted" price. If you are considering any type of procedure at Skin Vitality, I have one word of advice: "Don't!". Their staff consist of "technicians", not a doctor in sight, and their "Customer Service" is slow to respond, unsympathetic and unhelpful. There is a lot of competition for the services they provide. I would advise you to go elsewhere. Bellair Laser is professional, very pleasant to deal with, and reasonably priced.
