If you want laziness, constant excuses as to why they cannot come out to do what you hired them for, and miscommunications - then this is the company you want! First off, I had the same exact issues with this company as those stated above. We contacted them Friday night for emergency service. It took them over 4 hours to get to our house (after mulitple excuses as to why they could not come). This was in the peak of summer. When they finally boarded up the house, we had to dispose of the glass ourselves. They told us we would have to wait until Tuesday at the latest. They called and made excuse after excuse for 4 days. I finally asked them, "Do you really do business like this?" And of course the woman said, "No, we normally do not. It must be a full moon." I asked her to remove the emergency fee due to the fact that they were already 3 days late from repairing my window. And the woman agreed to it and would let the repair man know when he came out. When they finally arrived on Friday to fix the door, we again had to clean up the left over glass. And they would not take the emergency fee off. The guy said he was not authorized to do this. This company is the worst I have seen as far as good business practices as well as accomodating their coustomers. In my opinion, stear clear of this company they are awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
