This company needs to be taken to small claims court for my case

I ordered a $375 outdoor 2 person orbital lounger (one of two) in April. This past Saturday I was sitting in it with my daughter when we heard a loud snap and then the chair fell about 4 inches lower. We jumped up and saw the the large ball joint that supports the chair had broken in half. I emailed customer service and sent them a photo of the defective chair then called them directly. I was told it was past the 30 day warranty! I said that this was a VERY expensive outdoor chair that is obviously defective and dangerous. I asked them to contact their vendor to see about replacing it since it is one of two matching chairs. I received another email back today stating that it was past 30 days and they would offer me 10% off of another chair! I am APPALLED! I have never had such horrible service in my life! This company needs to be taken to small claims court for my case! $375 for a chair that broke in 90 days? I am furious!
