Sent check for order of $15.98 for a rug, It was astro turf, not a rug very rough. Sent back with tracking number and paid the freight AGAIN to send it back. They sent me a check and it bounced! My bank charged me an OD fee and I've never had an OD on my account. Called 7/23/18 asking why they dont have $15.98 in their account. I was told to call "Pat" the accountant. Spoke to "Linda" in Customer Service gave her the totals and I'm waiting. Today I called, 8/07/18 and asked for Pat in Accounting. Her name was Barbara, and she hung up on me! Called back got "Stephanie" who transferred me to the Operator who then transferred me back to Stephanie again! Then I got Kelly in Accounting and she couldnt believe my story BUT DID NOT CARE! She said I needed "Pat in Accounting". I said is that a code because I asked for Pat in Accounting and I've been transferred around ever since. What have I done wrong? I will not give up on my refund but dont deal with them!
