I’m a member, about to cancel my subscription. I have 15 free days saved up. I tried to rent in Las Vegas at the first of Oct. for 1 day. Wanted to cash in one if my 15 days. They refused to rent only one day, said it was high volume time, which seems to happen every time you want to rent these days with them. If I rented for 3 days minimum they had a bike, but if I rented for a 1 day trip then there was no bike. Right........ So I ended up renting from someone else. Problem is EagleRider used to offer all makes of bikes, but decided to go with just Harley and now they’ve cut the number of bikes to rent and demand from us who ride can’t get a bike and they only want the big $$ from multiple day rentals. They’ve lost their will to be a good company which use to be respectable and offered good customer service, to become the typical money hungry cooperate jerks that you expect in some big businesses. Sad, I rode Harley’s and Indians with them and now they are just like a really bad car rental place....that only offers one brand and price gouges at every opportunity. If it’s snowing, 3” of ice, and neg. 10 you might be able to get a 1 day rental from these people, but count on it unless there is huge dollars assigned to that day. I liked the eagle rider 3 yrs ago. It was a good company that cared, or acted like they did. Now it will be just a memory of what hard work did and a business example of how to *** off loyal customers for a cash grab. Good luck if you rent from them. They are terrible.
