I’ve worked with this company for a year and 9 months this company is built on sexist managers no equal opportunity biased and hypocrisy. They use you like puppets if your not one of managers favorites you won’t get a promotion unless you are there favorite. I’ve been bullied and company did not discipline instead I got suspended for knowing my right and using them, this company is dirty they do not abide by there own company policy. So if you work there just go in and keep your mouth shut. Very toxic place bad energy lots of haters. And they allow the bullying don’t let this company fool you by there preaching on 0 TOLERANCE!!!! Managers treat you like crap. One manager there makes fun of one coworker to other. Coworkers. The plant manager has family working there and of course they get away with the good positions to much overlooking. Bad experience the whole time I worked there to many quit. Crooked *** company.
