Update by user Jul 08, 2020 They've sent me emails saying they're sorry for the inconveniences and someone from customer service will contact me via email, but nothing just the same email every time I try to reach them . When I try to go to the website still keeps saying the shop is closed. Won't ever buy from such places again. I want a full refund and a postage paid return label emailed to me, please. I won't order from your company again and am reporting your company to the BBB. I'm also posting this all on social media.
