This Company Is Fraudulent They.Will not Return My Money

On May 6, 2020, $159.96 was taken from my account. I have, numerous times sent emails requesting that my money be refunded back to me. On 8/13/2020, I spoke to a female in customer service and still was unsuccessful in resolving this matter. Due to a language barrier, the service representative continual to ask the same questions and apparently didn't comprehend what I was saying. User's recommendation: BUYERS BEWARE!! SCAMMERS!!!
