My name is Eric Lane and I am a very dissatisfied customer.. this business is awful! They had a tech coming out to fix something in my attic and then the man came out and said he was too big to get into the attic and said they would send another man out and here it is 6 months later and still NO Tech... However they don't have a problem calling to try and sale me tune ups and extra services! Their customer service is awful rude and not helpful. Please use anyone but this company! I have made multiple attempts to contact them and leave messages and no one will fix the situation!
