I am writing this review because I almost didn’t purchase my Hermès China set from this website because of the negative reviews. Firstly, I placed my order and paid a 25% deposit after being told it would take 8-10 weeks for my order. I sent an email to follow up about 6 weeks in to which I received NO REPLY. So their customer service is *** I was worried. Being as the pattern was no longer available at Hermès I was not expecting to actually receive my order but I wanted to wait. 10 weeks from the order date I received an email letting me know my order was ready...they paypaled me an invoice and I paid it. 3 days later they shipped it FedEx ground. I’m on the west coast so it took a week to get here. It arrived today...perfectly. All legitimate merchandise in the original Hermès boxes, although they removed the Hermès bows and did not include them and shrink wrapped the boxes...I have a feeling they opened the merchandise to check it and then shrink wrapped the boxes to ship. Hermès uses a certain type of packaging / stuffing paper that I have never seen anyone else use...the packing people reused this for my outbound shipment. I got an impossible to find, completely authentic gorgeous set as ordered for 17% or so off of what Hermès charges. So listen...this website absolutely rocks...order away...expect to wait...but you will get what you ordered. Don’t be dismayed by their failure to reapond to emails. Their customer service person is obviously an *** but I can deal with that to get wat I wanted at an nbelievable price. I actually placed a second order a month after my first order to complete my “entire” set so that order should be here in a month. I compared everything I received from the site with the pieces I ordered from Hermès directly everything is perfect A++++
