Just noticed they have been extracting $39.95 a month on my credit card since 2018 to the tune of $1400. Absolutely 0 communication from this company. My identity was actually stolen during this time period and nothing from this company. I froze my credit several times during this time period and nothing from this scam of a company. User's recommendation: BEWARE.
