This company has withheld my money and access to my account

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this company has just lost my business. I had a block on my card which I was told would be removed and it wasn’t. I have spoken to7 different people, none of which have been any help. I have been frozen out of my card and blocked any access to my money. This seems like complete *** and should be against the *** law. Every incompetent person tells me the same *** excuse that they are having site maintenance. IDGAF if you rebuild your whole site I should never lose access to my money. It has been over 12 hours now and I’m still without access and they’re still worthless AF. I’m sure I will be offered zero compensation of course. If I had rent due today or an electric bill due I would be either in the dark or on the street and they wouldn’t give a *** Shame on you for holding MY money hostage.
