I am a huge Disneystore.com fan but after today I am going to have a change of heart. I called customer service because I wanted to return some items I placed online. But since they were not defective, the rep told me that I was going to be responsible for the return shipping fees. This is ridiculous since all the other large retailers have a hassle free return policy, companies like Target, Walmart and Nordstrom. I tried pleading with the rep to wave the shipping fee but she refused to help. I could have easily avoided this issue had the stores been open but unfortunately due to our pandemic, that's not option. So I figured the online store would be more helpful and willing to assist me. To make matters worse , I requested for a manager to call me back and they never did. They totally lack customer service. User's recommendation: Just be aware that even though all the locations are close, you will have to pay for your own return shipping fee.
