Ihave been a member of Home Service Club since Feb of 20/20. Over 2 Months ago I requested service on our air conditioning in Virginia. Well guess what.. Here it is in August and our air conditioning still has not been fixed All I've received was lip service from these people. First of all when I call the main number, it's easy to get a salesperson ,but when I request information on my service call that's when the waiting game starts, so if you have a service call be prepared to wait for a good long time to speak to somebody if you need service. I have repeatedly told these people that we have a 91-year-old person living in the house with us and that we really need the air conditioning fixed. All they do is tell me that they're going to look into it and then I don't hear anything for another week and a half until I call again. Then it's the same old crap, "oh we're sorry and we'll look into it." So I spoke to a supervisor named Gabrielle. I asked who her boss was because I would like to take my complaint higher up the management ladder, and she tells me that she "does not have a boss" that she doesn't work for anybody. That's right she told me she does not have a boss. Unbelievable. This company absolutely sucks. Sam Zakarin, (CEO of HSC) You should be ashamed of yourself for the company that you're running, and the negative impact that you're having on families. And for the lies that you tell people. I want you to contact me directly so that this can be fixed. I want every bit of money back of what I paid into this company. Oh and you may want to let Gabrielle one of your supervisors know who her boss is because she doesn't know, or she lied to me.. one of the two. This company absolutely sucks. Stay away from it!
