This can’t be a 5 Star Resort

The Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa offer a 5 Star ***** Resort in Sentosa Singapore. As you can see at the webpage amara-sanctuary-resort-sentosa.com/index.html this can not be. I made a reservation there, but as i arrived i refuse to move in because everything was so dirty that i worry about my health. The managment refuse to refund my USD 500.00 for the booking.
