This bad service is going to ruin my future

I was contacted by Data factory at the end of June 2009, a company used by Old Mutual, and informed that I am a beneficiary for Orion Provident Fund and money is due to me. I had to submit documentation to them which I did straight away. Since then I have had a hard time getting the payment made to me. I have phoned on numerous occasions and everytime promises are made that payments would be made soon. Last week I was told that it would be sorted out in 5-7 working days, but now they say that there is no progress. The fund needs to be disinvested, which I understand, but the people responsible for this are not responding. I am in a very difficult position as I am going to work overseas in three weeks and need the money urgently. I have counted on this money and this bad service is going to ruin my future. I am not employed at the moment and need this money to pay for expenses to go work overseas.
