Third “Maintenance Power Outage Alert” Letter in 2 Months

We had the first maintenance power outage in early March that lasted about 3 hours , the second in early April that lasted about 8 hours, and now we will have another one on April 23. I don't think Edison knows what they're doing. This is unacceptable. {{Redacted}}
