Third grade service from Bharati Airtel

I am holding a group calling cell connections of 20 nos. in my office staff from Bharati Airtel. The cell nos. [protected] to 719 I am really a very frustrated customer of Airtel due to their irresponsive staff & the most useless quality of network & services. I am facing typical problems in our cell connections : 1. Many times when I dial a call, it gets connected but the person whom I have called can not hear my voice 2. Also many times it happens the reverse. 3. Almost 75% calls need to be dialed more than 2 to 3 times. Last 4 days back I visited the Airtel corporate office in Pune & met Mr. Rohit Saha & Mr. Rohit Padhye. Explained them the difficulty & requested to dignosis the problem. Initially they totally refused to accept that this type of problem would occure & till date no complaint like this. After a long discussion they forced me replace all the SIM cards (Supplied by Airtel without cost). I did not understand how the SIM can solve such problems? I changed the SIM in all the handsets & the problem argevated. Now within my office if I call on other cell within group it irratically gives message that the "cell is either switched off of out of range" even if the called cell is wel active. The type of problem what I am facing, I have discussed with many other Airtel Users. It is the same story everywhere. I do not understand where to adress this issue? Whether with irresposible officers of Airtel? or through consumer court? or directly with Mr. Mittal? I know nothing will improve even if I can catch hold of Mr. Mittal directly. But at the end of the day the customers like us will always suffer & with the recovery of FAT amount bills (We pay almost Rs.25,000/- monthly bill) these company's will go stronger & stronger.
