Think really hard before you subscribe.

I subscribe for a year. At the beginning I was getting the magazine, then one week I didn't get it, so I called customer service to complain. For some reason they still had my old address on file and never changed it. Once that got changed I started receiving all the back issues that I didn't need. I called again to complain and let customer service know that I want the new issues, not the back issues. All they did was apologized. I don't want the apology, I want this straightened out. Here it is 12.19.19 and I still have not received the new issue. I'm tired of calling. The next call I make is to tell them to cancel my subscription and reimburse the money.
