I went back to Consolidated because of promotions but the same old problem of unreliability has reared its ugly head again. The reason I left my other provider was because I was unable to negotiate the cost down because my promotions ran out, otherwise I would still be their customer. I was completely satisfied with everything else. If my problem continues I'll cancel my service!!
