I began getting the harassing phone calls and texts whenever I was a few weeks late. We all have problems in life. Who do they think they are harassing me for money??? What kind of bank needs my money anyways. Had to deal with all types of crazies at this place. I had to go there personally and speak w the supervisor. He was some short little dude , but was helpful unlike the people on the phone. Wreckless customer service people on the phones. I wish I recorded all the calls to show what was said to me. Who are these investors, what they want with my money. They better stop playin with me. I only deal w the supervisors form now on....
