Palm Valley Dental overcharged me $590.30 did not contact me to correct the error and told me it would take 10 weeks before I will receive my refund. While taking with the billing clerk I saw where they had set up a schedule for using the $10,000 available benefits of my insurance without my consent. I will definitely be submitting a complaint with 1-800-DENTIST, The Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and with the Texas Dental Association. This practice should be put in prison for their illegal practices. They should not be allowed to practice in the state of Texas
