The contractor they referred to us was a thief. He took the money we gave him to install a concrete patio and walkway and never returned. Galvis Watkins of Nu-tech Concrete started the job but constantly made excuses as to why he could not return to do the work. He refused to give us a refund and constantly lied saying the scope of work he completed justified him keeping our money. Please do not give this guy any money upfront. He will take it and never return. Networx did nothing to help in this matter. I guess as long as so called contractors pay their fees, they don't care who they refer you to.
