Recently called these guys from Big Time Camera and asked them to cancel my order but they refused and said they don't do refund. I'm waiting for my camera for over two months now! I'm sick of waiting and do regret that I did not check the reviews before I made my order. When I placed my order it was said in stock, but later they told me that my order was no longer available. I asked them so what am I suppose to do now and they said that I need to be more patient and wait. I don't want to wait any longer and want to purchase from another company! But I'm not able to do that because these clowns from Big Time Camera still have my money! Avoid them at all costs! I have no idea what to do or how to get a refund, but I will not give up until I get my money back!
