Update by user Jan 31, 2019 Still ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from these people so I filed a complaint with the BBB, Attorney general, the National trade commission and their main branch... But that was a week ago, although I did get responses back from all of the above (except key bank). They said it could take a while. Meanwhile the lost sum of money has really disrupted my quality of living couldn't pay mortgage now I'm behind on utilities... Devoting every last cent to make up for the money I so STUPIDLY entrusted to key bank. I don't understand out in the real world I'd be arrested for stealing $2,000 but I guess if your a white collar big company your just above the law, and the laws only apply to the ones who WORK for their money... *** key bank! Original review posted by user Jan 01, 2019 Still no communication from this bank after someone hacked into my checking account, tried to open up credit cards in my name from 3 different states. So their fraud protection policy is to freeze all of your accounts, close them down, put a report out on YOU the customer accusing YOU of fraud. Making it impossible to open even a pre paid card. They put my home in jeopardy, accuse me of being a liar when I have ALL of the documents to prove every bit of this. Then on top of all of this *** they wont even send my money back that they stole from my account and its going on 2 months now! Im contacting the Federal Trade Commision, Attorney General, BBB & FBI Crimes enforcement (might not be something the FBI handles but they might point me in the right direction to get these *** to do something humane). Ive seriously started talking to a lawyer about this because it is just Ludacris.
