My account was paid off in full. Mainly because the company was ripping us off. Telling us we owed them money because they changed our escrow account and then upped our monthly payment to make up for their screw up. So when I called they just told me to refinance If I didn’t like their policies. So we did. Even after the loan was closed they still continued to take money from our bank account unauthorized. They then say they need proof of the debit before they would refund me. Terrible customer service and a bunch of thief’s!! Stay away!
