Invitation homes is the worst people to lease from they will wring you dry. After you turned on the water, they will go behind your back and disconnected it and put it in their name and charged $9.99 every month and they also added $60 a month for fee to pay the least. How aweful is that. They don't care about their tenants whatsoever. Run away, cannot wait till I leave their dwelling,
